Slurp Ramen - Fargo

A friend and I spent a day in Fargo and were looking for some warm, delicious food since it was freezing outside. We stumbled upon Slurp Ramen right by the Fargo sign, and I'm so glad we chose to eat there. The food was incredible! I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The menu was straightforward, and the staff were extremely friendly. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen, which was delicious—creamy and bursting with flavor! My friend had the Pho, which was refreshing and light while still full of taste, just like Pho should be. The appetizers were so tasty that we even considered ordering more. Unfortunately, we were too full to try the cheesecake, but it looked wonderful. The overall atmosphere was vibrant and youthful, making it a great place to be. If you ever find yourself in downtown Fargo, you must stop by Slurp Ramen!

I don’t visit downtown Fargo very often, but when I do, Slurp Ramen is definitely one of my top choices. I’ve always ordered the Tonkotsu soup, and it never fails to taste just as delicious as I remember. On my last visit with a friend, I decided to try something different and went for the spicy pork belly rice. Now I’m facing a serious dilemma: should I stick with the Tonkotsu or go for the spicy pork belly rice on my next visit? By the way, the view of the kitchen and the layout, reminiscent of a traditional Japanese ramen shop, is a nice touch! The staff has always been friendly, which makes me feel right at home. Oh, and the spinach cheese rolls were a delightful bonus!

Slurp Ramen did not disappoint! The ramen was packed with flavor and had just the right amount to leave you satisfied without the regret of overeating. We tried the Shoyu Fried Chicken Ramen and the Spicy Miso, both of which were superb. If you ever find yourself craving ramen, Slurp Ramen is definitely the place to go!
