Great place for tortas, real Mexican tortas, the bolillo is the real deal.What makes a torta is the bread and this one is made fresh, don't know if daily, but everytime I go, it is.Food: 5/5

I had to try the tacos, because there ran out of breads for the tortas, but they were the worst tacos I've ever eaten jn my life. I will definitely never return to this place.

The queso fresco Torta is my go to and I just ask them to add beans. It's so freaking good. The bread is on point! It's nice and toasted in the outside and super soft in the inside. I've been here several times and they never disappoint. Their large tortas are not your typical large torta they are pretty small but they are bomb!

Best tortas in all of DFW. Bread made in house. I recommend La Especial with everything. Great tasting tortas, natural juices, and deserts!
