Although the manager tried to address the situation, my emotions were already running high, and I probably didn’t handle it well—sorry about that! After discussing my concerns with the owner, he reassured me that the cake would be ready the next morning and even offered to personally deliver it. To make up for the mistake, he also included two dozen donuts shaped like the number 4. I truly appreciate his efforts to correct the error. While I understand how challenging it can be to find dedicated workers, I do believe that the female employee I encountered may not be suited for this role. Initially, I considered giving a one-star review like many others, but since the manager and owner went above and beyond to resolve the issue, I felt compelled to acknowledge their excellent service. Thank you!

This restaurant operates efficiently and maintains a clean environment. It also features a Baskin Robbins within the store. However, during busy times, the drive-thru line can be quite long, and it sometimes seems like cars are given priority over customers inside. This is somewhat understandable given the length of the line.
