Bidra med feedback50/50 chance of you getting the wrong order/order made incorrectly. Just ordered a large coffee, they gave it to me in a small cup, only 3/4 the way full. The kids working there were too busy cursing at eachother and goofing around that I guess theydidn't notice. A few weeks ago I ordered a large ice coffee with cream. They put about 10ml of cream in it. When I asked formore cream, the teen put in another 10ml of cream. I wasn't about to beg for a normal coffee, so I just threw it out and went toquickcheck. I love Dunkin, but I just wish the employees cared a bit more. Hell, I'll even tip if that means I can get the orderI asked for. Maybe a tip jar would encourage these kids to work harder??? I don't know. Just don't go there if you're having abad morning and need a pick me up, chances are you'll be disappointed.
It was some time beginning of the week last week where I went through the drive through and I understand that they had a long line. Anyways once It was my turn to order , I did not know what I wanted just yet. It was not even 30 seconds into my orderwhere the girl who is taking for my order told me to basically hurry up because they had a ?long? line. My response to her wasIm sorry I still do not know what I need to order yet.. and she was still rambling. I finally ordered and once I got to thewindow to pay I was hoping to tell her off. Of course it was a different person! Having worked at a dunkin myself in the pastthat was WAY busier than this location, this is not the right way to provide customer service.
The staff is incredibly rude and extremely slow. I waited at the drive-thru for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, so I decided to go inside. When I got there, the girl was locking the doors and throwing her hands up in frustration, even though it was only 3 PM. They also consistently get orders wrong.
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I didn't receive what I ordered at the drive-thru. I asked for butter on the side but was told they don't have packets. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and only got one piece of bacon for the price—definitely not acceptable. The Boston cream donut was placed upside down in the bag, and there was no chocolate on it; it was just sitting in the bottom of the bag. Very careless and inconsistent service.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've been to. They often get your order wrong, and when you politely ask them to correct it, they become very rude.
