Bidra med feedbackI was able to order ahead on the app, but it would not register that I had arrived at the location. Had to go to multiple stalls before I found one that worked. Ordered a large drink and failed to check that it was full before I left, only to realize that it was probably about 2/3 full, if that. Not the usual Sonic that I go to and probably won't become a regular stop.
I ordered crispy tater tots and they gave me lukewarm tots and cold french fry pieces. Not happy. Got it redone. Still not good
Not sure if it is a permanent thing or just temporary but you could not use the app to order ahead at this location. (Which is a real bummer when you want to order the drinks for half price on the app. Once we arrived at the location we had to switch parking spots 3 times before finding an order screen that worked.
We showed up at the end of the night and the list of things they were out of was so long that I thought they were confirming someone else's order with me. But they gave us a free ice cream for the long wait and inconvenience?which was a wonderful surprise for our 4-year-old.
Pretty good. Wait varies. Update: the wait was super long at 745pm Update 2: The wait was long again. After learning about the bracelets the car hops wear. They are scanning and just letting the drinks and food sit there. Picture is how I got my slush. Melted. Had to drink it to half to get actual slush.
