Bidra med feedbackLooked up turkey cake online to order 39.99 Advertised as ALL ICE CREAM SERVES 12-16 people . Called owner cannot order for same day, says only has one in stock says he can’t hold it so I run right there bc I live less than a block away then I get there and he selling the turkey cake in front me me less than ten minutes after I called to hold it , magically comes out with another one from the back. Charges me 39.99 for turkey cake the is NOT all ice cream but half regular cake PLUS serves only 8-12 people and is clearly smaller than looks online. Very disappointed.
Picked up a cake that was for my daughters 13th birthday...buy what is in the freezer. Don't bother ordering a special cake. Apparently their cakes are delivered from the city and not on the premises. My cake looked horrible. The manager offered to give me a cake from the freezer but it was not appropriate for a 13 year old. He also offered to refund me the money but would have to take the cake back. Customer service said it was a franchise and couldn't do anything about it... Never ever will I order from them again....ever
