Pizza World Farmville

I ordered a pizza and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff informed me that it would take hours to get my order because they had run out of dough. I requested a refund, and they canceled my receipt. However, a few days later, I noticed on my bank statement that the charge had not been reversed; they still took my money. I wanted to point this out to them, but they claimed they couldn’t process a refund because their computers were having issues. I also asked about any gift cards, but they didn’t have any available, so a staff member jotted down a note for a store credit. There were several occasions when I tried to use credit, but they were closed even though they should have been open. Plus, they never answered the phone when I called.

There was only one person managing the entire restaurant, and he was incredible! Our group of eight only waited about 20 minutes for all our individual orders. If he doesn't own the place, the owners better do everything they can to keep him. The food was hot and fresh.

This used to be the best place to eat for over a year, but my last two orders were disappointing. It's definitely not worth the money anymore. I wish they would bring back the previous pizza makers.

We stopped by Pizza World on a whim while passing through Farmville and we were not disappointed. We had the place to ourselves which was nice. The service was great and the pizza was outstanding. We are definitely keeping Pizza World on our short list and we'll definitely be back the next time we find ourselves in Farmville.

Excellent pizza. Worth the slight price difference especially if you order from their coupons. Incomparable to fast pizza shops like Domino 's and Pizza Hut this place is a restaurant that also happens to deliver Pizza World sets the standard for quality pies in Farmville.
