Bidra med feedbackI really love the white chocolate mocha here, but I was let down by the red velvet cake pop. I believe Starbucks should think about revising the recipe.
I've noticed that their registers often malfunction, which isn't something the employees can control. However, it would be great if they could place a sign outside the drive-thru to alert customers before they join the line. Once you are in the drive-thru, it’s not easy to back out, and while there is a small sign at the ordering point, it would be more beneficial to be informed sooner rather than waiting 15 minutes only to discover they can't process card payments. When I suggested putting up a sign out front, their response was, "people don’t read." Alright then.
The service was quick and friendly. The dining area and restrooms were very clean. There is plenty of seating available, both indoors and outdoors.
We arrived at 7:50 PM, and the website indicated they close at 8:30 PM. However, the restaurant was locked, and the two staff members were hiding in the back. Not exactly impressive customer service!
I travel frequently and have visited countless Starbucks across the country. Every time I come to visit family in this area, I make sure to stop by this location. The team here is friendly, hospitable, considerate, and welcoming. Even though I'm not a regular customer, I feel right at home. If I could give them six stars, I definitely would!
