Kfc - Fayetteville

It's good and friendly. However, the order was shorted so I am not sure what happened. It's clean and there is help but we had a big order so checking the bags in the drive thru with a long line of cars waiting kinda was not an option.

I paid for what I thought was the new spicy chicken sandwich from here. But got all the way home and found I got two chicken tenders on a bun with pickles. I've had the chicken sandwich from other KFC locations since they've come out and there is a clear difference. And for someone to do this is messed up. Because for one I dont like tenders and there clearly a size difference of less meat. Overall I really feel like I have been cheated out my money.

I’ve been a regular at KFC for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. The staff was rude, including the general manager. When I asked a simple question about the wings, which I've ordered countless times before, she didn’t know how to communicate with a paying customer and didn’t bother to accommodate my request.

If I could give them a -1 I would. I never really had the best quality of food when coming to this store but tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. The chicken literally was falling apart, and the biscuits were raw. I made it all the way home and noticed this so I went back to the store to let someone know. Mind you I came during dinner time and I am just trying to feed my family. When I drove back I encountered with the manager by the name of Michelle, she stated to me well I can see what I can do for you. Either a refund or try to see if I have the food. I felt like her attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. At this point I am over this restaurant and the quality of their food. My personal recommendation is if you care for horrible service and undercooked food your at the right place. Will not be patronizing them anymore!

This food was so nasty i threw it away...raw breading was on the outside of my greasy chicken..wanted crispy but they said it was gone and they didnt offer to cook any ...i wasnt the one to pick it up or i would of ask, the potatoes were dry with barelyany gravy on it and the biscuit was dry as heck, the pot pie we got was good...the tea was hot and i couldnt drink iteither...wth is going on with these fast food places..and people always smoking while they work to and notcigarettes...lol..probably why the food is nasty..wont be going back here for sure
