Hot, fresh and accurate order. great customer service. You can't say so much about every ride today.

It's good and friendly. However, the order was shorted so I am not sure what happened. It's clean and there is help but we had a big order so checking the bags in the drive thru with a long line of cars waiting kinda was not an option.

I paid for what I thought was the new spicy chicken sandwich from here. But got all the way home and found I got two chicken tenders on a bun with pickles. I've had the chicken sandwich from other KFC locations since they've come out and there is a clear difference. And for someone to do this is messed up. Because for one I dont like tenders and there clearly a size difference of less meat. Overall I really feel like I have been cheated out my money.

If I could give them a -1 I would. I never really had the best quality of food when coming to this store but tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. The chicken literally was falling apart, and the biscuits were raw. I made it all the way home and noticed this so I went back to the store to let someone know. Mind you I came during dinner time and I am just trying to feed my family. When I drove back I encountered with the manager by the name of Michelle, she stated to me well I can see what I can do for you. Either a refund or try to see if I have the food. I felt like her attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. At this point I am over this restaurant and the quality of their food. My personal recommendation is if you care for horrible service and undercooked food your at the right place. Will not be patronizing them anymore!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it. I was with a food delivery service, and they gave the driver a hard time, preventing him from picking up my order. When I finally received my order, it was sealed but missing 75% of the items I had ordered and paid for. I tried to speak with a manager to address the issue, but they were uncooperative and seemed to dismiss my concerns. When I called, someone answered and then immediately hung up without saying anything. I tried calling back, but they hung up again. This isn't the first time I've had issues with their service; previously, when I ordered from them, I didn't receive two out of four drinks I paid for. I won't be coming back again.
