Panda House - Fayetteville

I went to order the sesame chicken for lunch, and the menu listed it at $6.75, but I was charged $9.50. I was informed that the menus were outdated. I work with a team of six, and unfortunately, we all ended up throwing our food away. The rice had a mildew smell, and the chicken had black spots on it. I'm really hoping none of my colleagues gets food poisoning from this.

They are very rude and they get your food wrong don't even try to fix it and it's awful. Need to be closed down.. bad customer service

Came home and they had a menu on my door so I decided to give them a try. Never heard of them before. Placed my order and they called and said they were out of the doughnuts, ok cool. It’s the way they called..they called and said “hey you placed an order through “Beyond Menu”. They were talking so fast I could hardly understand what they were asking me. The were so rude and so nonchalant however I spent like 50$ because I didn’t feel like cooking nor taking my baby out in the storm to get groceries so I shrugged it off. I called back to see if I could replace one of my items because I saw that they had something my bf wanted instead of what I originally ordered and they were just down right rude again. So I asked how do I go about canceling my order because the customer service was terrible! They said I had to call “Beyond Menu” so that’s exactly what I did! Canceled my order and my money was back on my card in less than 5 minutes. Thank god for that! Because I took that money and ordered from the Chinese restaurant that I always do business with and just had my bf pick it up on his way home. You guys may want to put someone else on phones because the person you have is going to cause you to lose customers….

I was informed that my order would take about 10 minutes, but it actually took nearly 40 minutes. The food was overcooked and tasted terrible! I cannot recommend this place.

I placed an order that took nearly 2 hours to arrive, despite being told it would take around 45 minutes. When the food finally got here, it was cold and had very little meat. Delivery: Yes.
