I called ahead to confirm whether I could pick up some ice cream before 8:50 PM (the closing time is 9 PM). The person on the other end said it was fine, so I drove 15 minutes to get there, only to find the business closed. I called again to ask for my ice cream, and was told that the manager had decided to close early. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I had been assured that I could come by. This experience has been a complete waste of my time, energy, and money. Now I understand why this place only has a three-star rating! The service is terrible, and I wish I could give it zero stars. I would never recommend this place to friends or family!

I always have a fantastic experience at this Cold Stone! The staff is wonderful, and they serve the best ice cream around.

We really enjoy Coldstone cakes for birthdays, but our recent experience was concerning. We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream, but instead received a cake that was mixed with chocolate and peanut butter. The labeling was incorrect, and it could have posed a serious risk for my husband because of his allergies if we hadn’t noticed in time. Additionally, we saw a yellow cake that was mislabeled as chocolate. So, be cautious when ordering a cake here to ensure you get the right one!

I rarely write reviews, but Kim is great. When I called the store, I expected that I would be met with the usual hurried, unhelpfully associated answers to the phone. Instead, Kim was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me get a cake last minute for my dad's birthday. It makes the difference in the world and I hope Coldstone recognizes the great, positive and valuable employee they work for them. I would only drive 30 minutes to this store for the customer service at any time.

Avoid this place at all cost. The website states that they're open but it's 1pm and the doors are locked and the lights are off. However, there is a black guy walking around (maybe he's the manager) and he is clearly ignore andy two children. We knocked and he looked but put his head back down while another black girl just stood behind the counter staring at us. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO. Their lack of customer service will cause this establishment to close down quickly. I don't see this location here too much longer. It's a shame that this place is under new management. They clearly lack basic time management and customer service skills. All they had to do is come to the door and tell us when they'd be open OR simply UPDATE that information on the website. They also ignored phone calls. It's my son's 10th birthday and he was really looking forward to some ice but we will never come back. Instead, were heading to Haagen Diaz in the city.
