Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!

I’m not sure why there were four staff members on shift when three of them were just sitting in the back on their phones, while the wonderful girl with glasses and red hair was actively helping customers and taking orders. I even tried to give my tip just to her after observing her hard work while two people were served before me and six more while I enjoyed my ice cream. Despite her great service, she put my tip in the jar to share with the others. She truly deserves recognition for her kindness and excellent service, so I gave the restaurant a 5-star rating.

As always, the food was delicious! I ordered a misto—a delightful combination of black cherry water ice and vanilla custard. Yum!

I enjoyed my gelato and pretzel! The prices, like everything else, have increased, but I still love treating myself to them from time to time because they're just so delicious!
