I Scream Ice Cream - Federal Way

We arrived late and found ourselves as the only customers in the restaurant. The ice cream was fantastic, although I did notice that half of the cooler was out of order. We appreciated the wide variety of options since everyone in our group had different dessert preferences. They offered ice cream, smoothies, and even boba tea for those interested in healthier choices. However, the toppings section could be better organized. The staff member who served us was very friendly; he even overheard my boyfriend discussing a dessert he wanted to try next time and prepared a sample right there for him. Overall, the place shows a lot of potential, but it might still be in its early days of operation, which could explain the disorganization and lack of customers.

This establishment is like a private spin on Baskin Robbins, and it’s noticeably cleaner than the chain locations. They offer an excellent variety of flavors to choose from. I highly recommend a visit!
