Bidra med feedbackI don't go here too often but it's usually pretty decent for a Jack in the Box and the customer service was great a few nights ago. They should sell frappes and I would roll through there more often.
I have a picture to go along with it. Got a ultimate breakfast sandwich today and the bread had mold on it. Super gross. I won't lie, I'm a pig so I just took the bread off and ate it without the moldy bread. Super gross though that you guys are serving people clear mold. I go here all the time so I don't think its something that'll make me stop cause I live where this is the nearest and only place open 24 hours. Just probably be more weary about the bread now. The people working there were super sweet though. I think it was just them being rushed and not actually checking the quality of the food.
NUMBER ONE PROBLEM you took away bacon cheddar potato wedges . Also this location is the worst at quality. They do not care I swear. They make the worst tacos nothing in them maybe 2 pieces of lettuce no cheese. Fries are always cold. Haven’t been back to this location for a while and now I remember why. They are so lazy here you pay them way to much for nothing. The prices are going up and the service and quality of the food is going down.
I 've had multiple issues with this location. Their night staff are rude and unhelpful. They don 't care to get orders right and can 't communicate with each other. The red-headed manager is horribly unprofessional and rude. He refused to tell me his name after refusing to serve me my chicken that I paid for. Eventually someone else basically shoved it through the window. This jack in the box is awful.
Waited over half an hour to order food through the drive thru then when we get there the cashier is extremely rude and impatient as if we shouldn’t be upset for waiting over 25 minutes to even make it up to the order taker. We’ve collectively decided never to go back to Jack in the Box at this point. This is like the third time this has happened at more than one Jack in the box location. Edited to add the rest of the experience: Took another twenty minutes for the server to take care of the two cars in front of us after we ordered. We ended up just giving up and driving through to Taco Bell. We weren’t about to give this place over $45 for the garbage service we received. The only reason that I can think of for making customers in the drive through sit there for over 40 minutes is that there is only one person working in the store. At that point you need to just change it from a 24 hour store to closed overnight. Don’t put anyone through that or set expectation that can’t be met. it is a negative experience for literally every person involved.
