Jack in the Box - Federal Way

Good food for a quick meal. The drive-through had a terrific drip of running water coming off the roof. There was no way to keep my drivers side window open while getting my foot.

This place is still one of my favorites cause certain menu items. However their employees and service has become almost embarrassing and more than annoying!

Used the drive-thru. We were told to pull around the front. Not sure why, there was no one in line behind us. Waited for 10 minutes. My husband had to walk in and ask for our food. We were very unhappy. Mediocre breakfast food.

Went through the drive thru for a pair of medium curly fries. They didn't have any so she said pull around and wait. When we got them 5-10 minutes later they were fresh and hot but apparently she didn't communicate properly because she went looking for us in the parking lot but I'd pulled around in front of the store.

The homeless people around the place is a real problem, and every single person over there had meth face, covered in sores!! Becarful at this location!! Pretty clean inside, friendly workers. Don't leave your car unlocked Here
