Jamba - Federal Way

Wow, this place is incredible! We were on our way back because the staff is fantastic! On the way, I received an email from the district manager offering to remake my last smoothie at no charge. The only issue with the last one was that I think they forgot to add honey, and the girls seemed to be in training. It wasn't a big deal for me, but Ariana really cared about my satisfaction! And today, the shakes tasted absolutely delicious—pure happiness in a cup!

Maya, Dylan, and Lucy have given me some fantastic recommendations, and they are incredibly friendly and professional! Jamba is fortunate to have them on their team, and I will definitely send my friends and family their way. Thank you for the delicious smoothies and excellent customer service!

Excellent service! The young ladies were well-informed about health-related issues. They recommended apples and greens for those with low fiber concerns.

Love this Jamba location. Always friendly, perfect drinks. Melissa gives me great suggestions when I want to try something different.

I really like this location, but they are often pretty slow and the smoothies have not been thick enough recently.
