Bidra med feedbackEating is easy an 8/10; very fast service and very good quality flavors. The waiter is very attentive and friendly. Only on the bottom was the environment; there was no music and so it was a little unpleasant quiet inside. Very good food!
This place is great. Amazing customer service and great food. I have no idea why it's rated , because the prices are more in the range, especially with the portions. Lunch is an amazing deal. Really appreciate having such a long-standing like, local place.
What an incredible and lucky discovery! My wife and I stopped in to try the Korean specialties that I had read about online. We were immediately impressed by the service genuinely gracious and friendly greeting . The restaurant is small but well organized. There is a clean and pleasant dinning area subdued and tasteful but we decided to sit in outside in a garden area behind the main building. Very pleasant and quiet because it is behind the building it blocks the traffic noises . We ordered the Yangnyeom Chicken Korean hot fried chicken wings which were INCREDIBLE!!! Twice fried chicken that was perfectly cooked and crispy covered in a sticky spicy sauce. The sauce was not overwhelming and perfectly complimented the taste of the chicken. Next was the Bulkogi spicy pork with vegetables . Tender marinated pork perfectly grilled... Just wonderful. Finally we had the Korean style curry with pork katsu. Not a spicy dish but deeply layered flavors offer a wonderful contrast to the taste of spicy sauces and marinades used in the previous dishes. The pork katsu was perfectly cooked tender rather than 'leathery ' which I have been served at other places . Throughout the whole meal we were kindly and politely attended by our waiter a charming and genuine person . We felt very welcomed and it seemed less like a restaurant and more like we were invited into their home and were being treated to special family culinary treats! As follow up I hosted a company dinner at Chopstix last night. We were greeted by the same genuine and friendly waiter who recognized who I was and made a point to say 'Welcome back! '. As we sat down and sipped our beers and chatted all of my team commented on the wonderful service. When the food came chatting was at an end... This is the testament to how good the food was... We are a vocal group but suddenly we were all silent and all you could hear was eating and occasional WOW this is good... then back to eating. We ordered in addition to the dishes mentioned above the Bibimbap and Kimchi Bokkeumbap. Both were very tasty and disappeared quickly. Everyone was very pleased with the meal as we sat back with contented sighs. A variety of people with a variety of tastes... but we all were able to agree... Chopstix ROCKS!!!
Since we visited during lunch, we were also served soup, trying both the egg flower soup and the hot and sour soup. Both had a homemade taste that pleasantly surprised us considering their simplicity. For my first visit, I also ordered the sweet and sour pork, which was quite good, albeit not extraordinary. Nonetheless, I had such a wonderful experience with the service and the lively atmosphere that I am eager to return and explore more of their Korean menu offerings!
This restaurant is well-known for its Chinese cuisine, but they also offer a separate menu featuring delicious Korean dishes. My personal favorite is the Bibimbap with beef, complemented by a side of my mom's homemade kimchi. The food is always served quickly and with a smile.
