The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. The prices are quite affordable. This is one of the few spots in Sydney where you can truly relax and immerse yourself in traditional Chinese culture. If you're interested in learning Guqin (古琴), I highly recommend Topotea. The instructor, Boon, is not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally patient, and the added benefit is that he speaks English. The introductory lesson is well-structured and informative, and like their other offerings, it's very reasonably priced compared to other places I've visited.
