Perks Coffee Tea - Fergus Falls

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and generous! They gave me an abundance of Boba balls, far more than I've received anywhere else. I would give them a million stars! They were attentive, making sure I had a straw and got the drink I wanted. I absolutely love going there!

I usually love the coffee at this place, but my experience today was disappointing. I ordered the March special—a hazelnut latte with Lucky Charms for St. Patrick’s Day. After I placed my order and paid, I only received a hazelnut latte without the Lucky Charms. I understand that sometimes items can be out of stock, but customers should be informed of this before they pay! I don't often go out for coffee, but I was really looking forward to this drink since I enjoyed it last year. If I had known the Lucky Charms were unavailable, I wouldn't have purchased it. I also think I should have only been charged for a regular flavored latte instead of the special. Additionally, no alternative drink options were offered to me.

My favorite spot for summer and fall drinks! I highly recommend the “Sunset Lemonade” with boba.

Bought a matcha latte in almond milk and asked for 2 kids whip cream/pup cup. Then she asked me for nearly $12... ? She charged me for the whip cream cups, which were huge. I declined one of the whip cream cups because one was enough for 6 pup cups. She didn't refund me and closed the window. The matcha itself was fine. I'd recommend trying out Scooters or Calleys.
