Wingstop - Ferguson

It's always annoying at this place. they quote 17 minutes, it takes an hour. tonight I ordered 2 of the 10 pieces combos and it was an hour and 12 minutes / the workers are here fighting and the load is dirty. parking is a chaos and they do not answer the phone, they can only order online. when you go into the phones, you just ring from the hook. Drinking machines don't work, floors are sticky, 5 different people came back for wrong orders. also the card machines are below. it's all!

I am very new in this area, only lived here 2 weeks. I'm big on first impression, I can tell them that this wingstop has the first impression. the lady who took my order was helpful to me and my daughter, it was our first time in a Wingstop time to eat. I choose the din in experience and music played. very relaxing. I sang with the music. Of the workers I saw, they are very professional and very working on. the way the staff worked with the workers made me guess. I usually have a high fear with new places and people. I would definitely recommend coming to this place.

The workers have loud, unheard rap music playing while they dance between the commands. I waited another 30 minutes for an order that I made online 35 minutes before the arrival. Once I got the order, it was wrong. the personal was more unprofessional and more concerned with socialization than to help me correct the problems with my order. I asked for a refund in which they could not provide an entry that was not made or refunded the order. they said, "Don't do that." I was informed that the money comes back in 3-5 days. I am not so concerned that they will take care of how I will inform my bank to handle this process when needed. I'm sure bad reviews for this situation is common, but it's well deserved. myhun looked undercooked, probably because they rushed and the pommes were soggy and had a lot of crumbs. sometimes they can do with bad service when eating is right, but they are missing in both areas. I will not be back, but do better for other customers.

Ordered from this location using DoorDash and I was highly disappointed. My fries came cold, soggy, and completely smashed. My 3 different flavors of chicken was in one box piled on top of one another completely soggy and leaking. The 2 soda's I ordered weren't delivered. My order cost about $60 total. I expect better quality and care
