At the very first, it is a butcher shop with high quality meat of their own production. They were very nice to keep our shopping in their fridge while having a dinner. (The shop is closed at 8pm, the shopping bag had our name and we were gifted by fresh ricotta). Since you sit, you don 't need to worry what to choose out of menu (in fact there is no menu), they start to carry dishes on: wine white or/and red, natural and sparkling water, bread, grilled eggplant with peppers and polenta, cheese, marmalades, bruschette with their own meat on it, antipasto of meat products, tripe (kind of soup from cow 's stomach), grilled pork meat... EVERYTHING TASTY! At the end coffee and liqueur for digestion. All of this for 15e per head. Don 't mind if you are not to able to eat it all because there are boxes (a self service) to pack your own doggybag. The only objection, some could have, is a set_up because it is a tent restaurant , furnitured very simply, plastic plates and cutlery. I put one point down because of slow service in a full restaurant.
Based on their well-known quality butcher's shop Pietro and Francesco have a simple restaurant that is open in the summer. There is a set menu of 6 courses and mainly their own high quality meat (from prosciutto to mixed grill). At €15 per head for 6 courses, wine, water and coffee the value is stunning.
