Eravamo in centro a Ferrara e nel cercare un posto dove pranzare abbiamo notato questo ristorante, lette le recensioni non abbiamo avuto dubbi , telefonato e per fortuna la fortuna ha voluto che ci fosse posto visto che era già mezzogiorno...posto impeccabile quanto il suo personale , gentile , sorridente ...il cibo tutto buonissimo..materie prime di qualità... assolutamente da ritornare se ci dovessimo trovare di passaggio

Se volete una mangiatoia da grandi quantità a poco prezzo, allora lasciate stare. Ho letto commenti di piccole porzioni, prezzi esagerati, menu che non non cambia… andate al Mc Donald subito, non dopo aver cenato qua, voi non meritate di mangiare qua. La materia prima è eccellente, lavorata cucinata è presentata nel modo migliore possibile, la scelta dei vini è spettacolare e se come me siete solo amanti ma non esperti, i consigli che sanno darti sono oro. Non è economico, ma non ti chiedono un centesimo in più di quello che ti propongono. Eccellente in tutto.

Our whole experience was beyond expectation. We arrived 10 mins early, they opened up and started service. Would we like water?...not Would we like to try an expensive apero? We were served principally by a delightful y lady who did very well with her English, since we have no Italian. The carte showed à la carte, a menu at 55€ a menu at 75€. Suddenly we realised that the two menus were what the French call découverte, where you do not choose, but eat everything. We both took the 55€ and then started a delicious journey of perhaps 8 to 10 dishes. Each was a taste delight. Our wine glasses were kept topped up and we were served three wines to accompany. I was well enough satisfied that I didn't have a dessert, but my wife had some delicious meringu-y confection. Finally, we had to go and the bill came to... 55€ each, even the San P water included. Such a change from our usual experience when the contrary, the water is added for an extra 5 to 10€ ! The service was prompt, cheerful. The ambience included linen tablecloths and napkins, rich surroundings and big tables, again bucking the trend to use smaller tables to get more covers. Unhesitatingly urge you to go and enjoy !!!

A little bit of a drive that far exceeded our wildest imagination and expectations. This restaurant by far ranks as one of the top restaurants I've ever ate at. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant the owner is very Hands-On and actively involved in the food selection process as well as ensuring that every course exceeds your expectations. We went there for dinner on a Thursday night arriving at 8 o'clock and we're seated probably reservations weren't needed but definitely filled up as the evening went on. We weren't good at deciphering the menu which was all in Italian. We finally settled on asking the owner to prepare us a meal that we would remember. Usually a dangerous approach but this one far exceeded our expectations. We started with a chilled soup followed by three unique pasta dishes the main course and three scrumptious desserts. I would be remiss insane our wildest imaginations we're not met and exceeded. We figured the bill would come close to 300 Euros. To our surprise it was a 155.00 euros. It's a little bit out of the way but by far worth the trip and the experience highly recommend you visit this restaurant if you're near bologna and definitely if you're in Ferrara

Nice atmosphere and very good service. The food is original. Some dishes are outstanding. Worth the trip. The chef is very present and do tell all the details about the proposed dishes. The only backside is a relatively remote location. Reservations are recommended.
