The kebabs at this restaurant are the best you will ever taste! Ordering is easy, the delivery driver is very pleasant, and the food always arrives right on time. The portions are decently sized as well. Our favorite is the Chicken Tikka kebab - the meat is incredibly tender and delicious. When we order, there are two of us and we get two large and one small kebab. We also order extra salad and chili sauce. We're not being greedy, but we love to have it over two nights... and it tastes just as good the second night! With Kismet, you don't have to compromise between quality and quantity - you get both!

For almost years, I never had a bad experience with them. friendly staff, amazing eating and they make the deliveries on time almost every time. they are very busy and understandable when eating comes a little late or even slightly cold, which has only happened in countable places. I called them and they always sent a replacement that is always amazing, fresh hot. the worst crooks I have seen are of rival restaurants as ive overheard a few people talking about giving them bad reviews when I had eaten by spice of life. between these two, there has been a continuous rivalry for almost a decade. do not listen to the negative reviews id rate them the best in glenrothes!

I've been a client of kismet for years, in the regular personal. I was recently moved and when someone first came here, they had no common sense to ring the bell. they said they would have done it, but no one came. well, I get a dozen deliveries on one or the other day and everyone else makes the bell to work. So they called me tonight and left the rude budding that told me that he would be lifted if I did not call back in minutes. I called back and they accused me not to open the door last time, but if you don't ring the bell, nobody will come. I have spent hundreds of pfund in kismet, but now I would not take any food from them if it was free. Who the hell do they think they're talking to me like a piece of ****? not order them, they don't deserve the business.

While they may occasionally be busy and the food arrives slightly late or cool, this has only happened on rare occasions. Whenever I have called about this issue, they have promptly sent a fresh, hot replacement. I have noticed that most negative reviews seem to come from rival restaurants, as I have overheard people discussing leaving bad reviews while dining at Spice of Life. There has been a longstanding rivalry between these two establishments for almost a decade. Despite the negativity, I believe Kismet is the best restaurant in Glenrothes and would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Kismet for many years and have always visited the restaurant in person. However, since moving recently, I experienced an issue with a delivery service. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell, claiming they did, but no one came to receive the order. When they called to inform me that the order would be cancelled if I didn't call back within 15 minutes, they left a very rude message. I called back and was accused of not opening the door last time, but if the bell is not rung, how can I know someone is there? I have spent a lot of money at Kismet over the years, but now I am very disappointed in their service. I would not accept food from them even if it was free. The way they spoke to me was completely disrespectful. I recommend avoiding ordering from them as they do not deserve your business.
