Leven Fish - Fife

Great place for a takeaway. Fish fresh and big portions. Was a busy wee place but didn't have to wait long does our order.

Ordered on just eat, got confirmation email at 5:40, delivery would be between 6:40 and 7pm. About 6:50 status changed to On way then at 7:05 asked me to review the food which I hadn’t even received. I phoned the shop at 7:15 to be told that the order wasn’t even ready, they were busy and it would be about 20 minutes! Almost 2 hours for a pudding supper and a kids meal Told them to cancel the order and refund my payment. If they’re that busy they should suspend orders until they catch up. First time I’ve ordered here and it’ll be the last

An excellent chippy. Food was well prepared, good portions, friendly staff. I’d certainly go back to this one. The chippy was busy, always a good sign.

I thoroughly enjoyed my fish supper tonight from Leven Fish Bar at Montrave Crescent in Leven. I phoned in my order and collected it 15 minutes later. The fish was beautifully cooked, nice and crispy and the taste was amazing. Plenty of chips too. I don't know what kind of oil they cook the food in but the taste was amazing. No waiting and very pleasant staff.

Had a chippy box yesterday absolutely amazing we had white puddings to die for . was a bit disgusting when the last we got was very greasy. but no fat drop on this
