Wok Inn - Fife

We called in our dinner order and waited for 45 minutes. When we finally received our food, it was the wrong order. When we called to inform the restaurant, the person on the phone was not pleasant and promised to call us back. After waiting 30 minutes with no response, we called again and were told they would replace our meal, but we would have to wait. It took over 2 and a half hours to receive our correct order. Overall, the experience was terrible.

Best Chinese been getting delivery’s for years Andy is the best cook nothing a problem to him. His crispy pineapple fritters are lovely The girl on phone is really nice delivery driver. Will be placing another order. Small beef chow mien with onion small curry sauce. Then the best pineapple fritters used to get one. Now it’s 2. Well done Andy

A Chinese takeout is usually something to eagerly anticipate, but the series of unfortunate events that occurred during my visit was anything but exciting. My simple order took longer than expected, with a 25-minute wait in the restaurant's waiting area. When I finally received my food and opened the bag at home, I was disappointed to find only a hint of curry sauce on my chips and rice. As I reluctantly ate my dry meal, I consoled myself with the thought of sharing my disappointment on TripAdvisor. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, and to top it off, my rice and curry sauce came in a polystyrene package, which seemed to have absorbed all the sauce. What were they thinking?

Excellent food best Chinese take away in the area by far. Can’t recommend it highly enough. They even do half portions if that suits for you.

Best chinese nothing a problem with orders. Had order last night having tonight. Girl on phone lovely making order meals good. Drivers nice too. You have it 100% wok Inn.
