Sotto Il Santo Spaghetteria

We were visiting my cousins while staying in the area. We had never been to Finalborgho before and it 's a charming town with lots of shops and restaurants. As we were walking through the main square, my cousin said make sure you eat at Sotto Il Santo, they make some of the best pasta ever. The next day, we returned and enjoyed one of the best pasta meals ever. (I know, sounds like hyperbole but hear me out). It was an incredibly hot day so we just wanted a pasta dish. What we got was incredible. My wife ordered a simple spaghetti with tomatoes and olives. I ordered the tagliatelle with fresh anchovies, tomatoes, pine nuts and fresh capers. My friends, I live in Italy and have eaten some really good pasta dishes, but I 'm going to say that this was, simply put, the best pasta I 've ever had. Fresh pasta, high quality ingredients, cooked perfectly. It was unreal!!!!

Absolutely lovely spaghetteria in the best setting. All pasta dishes can be served with gf pasta, many options available. Gf beer and gf starters available.

Very good taste of homemade products like pastries and foccacia. The owner has celiac disease.

Amazing little shop with both products like gluten-free pasta, bread, flours etc. And a selection of gluten-free pies and cookies that were delicious. The place is also located in a super cozy little town that I really urge you to visit!
