Bidra med feedbackThe server was so helpful and super sweet giving us tasters and explaining what the different things were the actual ice cream was so delicious and so was the crepe and the chocolate in the stracciatella was so good it is also open quite late and is in a pretty good location so we visited a couple of times over our trip
In our opinion the best ice cream we had in Italy, in several locations Genoa having the best service and Florence the worst. Flavours are extremely precise, ingredients seem top notch and prices are pretty much in line with higher quality gelateria. In Florence service was not great staff very curt and not very polite, despite knowing they’re dealing with a large number of tourists and visitors. So one less star for this location as they really need to improve the attitude of the staff.

This chain of ice cream is one of the best, if not the best in Italy! during my year in firenze I tried so many delicious ice creams, but those of grom are definitely the best! are completely crafted and several gouits are made with seasonal fruit and local raw materials. there are not always the same goats, but some (like cream of grom or hazelnut) are found all year round! during the summer you can also buy Sicilian granita: is very good, especially the one with cream and mint! mmmmm!
