I thoroughly enjoyed everything at the restaurant, but my favorite dish is definitely the banana split.
The young man working at the drive-thru had a very unpleasant attitude. It would be best to have someone else take over the microphone. We ended up leaving and going to Goodtimes instead.
THIS time...I was in a hurry. Stopped in for a quick snack. All employees in back. After a (short bit, one employee peeks out, goes back into hiding and tells another employee. Employees #2 apparently takes his time to come out.My impatience takes over and I leave. I acknowledged that my patience was the issue.However, employees need to understand how important it is to at least acknowledge the customer. A quick we 'll be right with you or even a nod of the head in salute would have suffice.I apologize that we, the customer, are an inconvenience for your social time with coworkers.Normally, service is decent and shakes are delicious!I admit this review is written after a hard day. But, I think it still applies. ;
Absolute disaster tonight. Not enough people, no guidance.
