Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Firestone

I give this restaurant a solid four stars. It may not be a fancy dinner that I crave, but they offer a reliable and quick roasted chicken option. I have been to other Popeyes locations that were much worse, but this one was well-managed. The Cajun seasoning added a nice touch to the chicken, which was served warm. The Dr. Pepper was refreshing and flavorful, and the cookies made me want to quench my thirst.

Every time I have visited this restaurant, I have been pleased with the service and the food. I live in Fort Collins, which is 30 to 35 minutes away, and even when I return home, the food is still hot. I have never had any complaints about the service at this Popeyes location. It appears that they know how to efficiently serve customers while maintaining a friendly attitude, which is important in the restaurant industry. I would highly recommend this Popeyes to anyone traveling on I-25 back to Fort Collins. Additionally, the app offers some great deals as well.

The food is good during the day, but if you go an hour or so before they close, it may not be fully cooked. I live nearby, so I often go for a late night bite, but every time I've ordered in the past, the food has been undercooked. I don't blame the low-wage workers, but it's disappointing to receive raw dishes.

I condemned my order last night, gave me sharp instead of mild, and tonight they were all at 8:10 out of mild. I also make door dash and had to wait 15 minutes for an order. used to be my favorite place, not sure what is going on, but someone has to increase their game.

Usually go to the Popeyes on main street. Tonight the one off main street said they had nothing but chicken sandwiches available at 9pm. Drove to this location and all around was a better experience. They take better care of the store, have friendlier employees, and stay open serving food until posted hours. It's just Popeyes but the service here is spectacular compared to the one on main St.
