On the table for the daily dish was pork roast with herb salad. A classic I ordered. And that was served: The meat was three pretty dry chunks in a little thin sauce and two small potato dumplings. The herb salad was good, but would still have tolerated a few bacon cubes (but it was not so hot). Only the previously served greeting from the kitchen was very delicious. Conclusion: This food did not correspond in any way to the standard of Hatzl Stuben. Too bad.
