We came to Pinheads due to my grandmother wanting to do the tenderloin trail. Which I have never heard of or know any of the rules. Lol but anywho she called me today asking of I forgot to put in a code for this? She went to Roots today and the server gave her a code. So I called your store to get help and they want my grandmothers card number, a receipt time date. All is fine besides card number not comfortable giving this info away. Is this something they normally ask or need the card info for? I also asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn't have one at the time? Also seems strange. If I could get a message back ensuring you need my grandmothers card info to receive her code. Thanks Christina M

Nice and spacious with plenty of TV SCREENS,and many beer choices.BUT The food and service were below average and then some.

Took my 3 year old grandson here for a Saturday afternoon, we both loved it. Great environment lots of fun games, and great food. We will definitely be back.

The food here is both delicious and affordable, with the pizza being a standout! You don't need to bowl to enjoy the atmosphere; there's a seating area right in the middle of the lanes, as well as some seating by the arcade that you can use, though it's not required. The gift shop for tickets does have high prices, but they do offer some small squishmallows for around 400 tickets, which is achievable after just one or two visits. There's a self-serve kiosk available for purchasing and reloading arcade cards. The bowling balls, shoes, and arcade games are all well-maintained, making for a truly cool and cozy spot to have a great time. We've only visited in the fall, winter, and spring, but we're excited to check out their summer offerings. I hear they have an outdoor bar and sand volleyball courts!

We had a fantastic family game night at Pinheads! We decided to reserve a four-lane suite, and it was such a fun experience! The facilities were incredibly clean, and the staff was very friendly. Ian and Nick provided excellent service with delicious food, while Seana at the bar made sure the adults were well taken care of. Thank you, Pinheads, for making our family night unforgettable!
