Culver's - Fishers

I never receive my complete order here. It’s baffling. For example today I get home to find that I didn’t receive an entire kid’s meal or any of the beverages for either of my kids meal… so I have to go back. Can’t feed just one kid. Get home to the rest of my order now completely cold. I don’t understand why I keep going back there… this is a common occurrence. So I deduce that since they’re always busy they just don’t have to care.

Food is always great, but the service tonight was sub-par. Did an online order for pickup, took the food home and realized we didn’t receive our gluten free burger. Called and spoke to someone, he apologized about the mistake and asked if I could drive up there again, and we would get some coupons. Went back told the front workers we didn’t get our burger; had to wait about 6 or 7 minutes for this single burger. Employee apologized about the wait but didn’t apologize about having to come back for incorrect order. At that point I wasn’t even going to ask about coupons because I wanted to get home. If the person I talked to on the phone really wanted to make a difference he would have told the front employee taking orders or something along those lines. I guess it’s on me some for not checking the bag, but yet again I’m paying for a service to have the order correct. With all of the employees they had working it seemed like it was pretty careless. We won’t be back for awhile, and it’s a shame. Just too many other options around here where you don’t deal with issues like this.

The fish is amazing! At all the Culver's I've visited they've always made the fish to order, fresh!!! The bathroom floors se to be very wet late evenings but they are likely getting ready for deck brushing or sometime at close bc it is late and close to that time

Extremely friendly staff. For food that’s cooked to order, it’s not even a slow drive through. I’ve never had bad food or service from here, and I’d say we are here a few times a month, easily. It’s a little pricey, but so is anything that’s as good as they are.

Very courteous employees. Stands out against other restaurants. Fast service. I love their Concrete Mixers. The Fried Fish Dinner was really good. I had Walleye which isn't easy to find here. Loved the fries.
