Cilantro Mexican - Fishkill

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I visit at least once a month, whether I'm coming in for a meal or just passing through, and I've never had a disappointing experience. My go-to dishes are the vegetable quesadilla and the steak quesadilla, and they never fail to impress. The chips and salsa are delightful too. When I dive, I always treat myself to a margarita and some fried ice cream for dessert. This place truly is a hidden gem!

I stopped by for dinner after a doctor's appointment. The chicken soup and corn tortillas were delicious, and the salsa was incredible. I also enjoyed the music and the service was excellent. I can’t wait for my next check-up so I can return here!

I was on the hunt for a hidden gem in Fishkill that served amazing food, and I found it! Don’t let the appearance deceive you. This place may look unassuming, so keep your expectations in check. You’re not going to find fine dining techniques like those of “Bobby Flay” here—I emphasize, it’s a hole in the wall. However, you can expect delicious Mexican food, generous portions, and a friendly staff!

We were three times, family and food are always fantastic! And how for salsa and chips? It's the only salsa I'm gonna eat, it's so good! The first time we left, we brought a big container home!

Cilantro is delicious every time! I am always impressed by how consistently delicious the food is. We recently took out of town guests here and they declared it the best mole ever. I personally love the chipotle chicken chimichangas, and the rice and beans.
