Hudson Buffet - Fishkill

Excellent. The best Chinese food in the Hudson Valley. I can't find restaurants that even tastes so good. I was very impressed. Great choice. Small but intimate restaurants and attentive staff. The food is actually seasoned mainly by lobsters and crabs. I just wish the shellfish were easier to crack to get the delicious meat. Once again, I am speechless, how immaculate the food tasted. Coming from the city I know good Chinese food and am very impressed. Please never change.

Great local buffet. The food was delicious and the equipment was clean for the most part. But the interior was dated and needed something refreshing. Price for 4 adults around dinner time runs around $80.

If you don't have much money and have to eat well, this is the right place. Excellent service and buffet excellent thanks to Chinese.

I have been a patron of this Chinese buffet restaurant in Fishkill for years and continue to return because of the delicious food. There is a wide variety of options including wonton soup, multiple shrimp dishes, sushi, roasted duck, and more. They also offer desserts such as cookies, ice cream, oranges, cantaloupe, and other fruits. While I believe the quality has slightly declined due to some favorite dishes being removed from the buffet, there have been new additions that I enjoy. Overall, I still enjoy dining here and would recommend it to others.

They rushed me to my seat, even though I was waiting for my husband. There wasn't much variety and the food trays were almost empty. One dish was not hot enough, and when I asked for more soup, they said they couldn't bring any out. They brought us the bill and there was no fortune cookie. When my husband and I spoke to the waitress again, she didn't seem to know where our food had come from.
