Dippin Donuts - Fitchburg

The muffins and coffee are excellent, and the service is very quick. I just wish I had more time to enjoy sitting at the counter.

I came down from Aldrich while waiting for a ride as my car was being repaired, and I was initially considering going to the Dunkin's down the street. I'm really glad I didn’t, because my usual order from Dunkin's tasted a million times better here! This restaurant has a cozy diner atmosphere and, in my experience, friendly patrons. There's also outdoor seating if you want a break from the noise. The staff was quite busy, but they were very kind. I'm really happy I decided to stop by!

The service here is always excellent! The staff is friendly and welcoming. My coffee is perfectly made every single time I order it. It's a popular spot for the older crowd, who enjoy buying each other coffee and savoring their retirement. I recommend trying the breakfast sandwich with your coffee. Also, my mom mentioned that the cheese Danish is quite tasty!

I've been going to this dippin for 13 years now. Coffee is usually always great! The coffee rolls and sandwiches are delicious too. Once you become a regular they know your order and have it ready for you. Amazing customer service.
