The coffee was excellent, there was a wide selection of beer, and the food was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone in search of a great place to eat and drink.
We had our wedding reception at young bloods Saturday 28th of May and it was more then we could have hoped. The staff we amazing attentive, helpful and super friendly! The food was so good and there was heaps. The location was perfect. They tailored the night to suit us and I could not recommend these guys more highly. Thank you for making our day as much fun as we had imagined!!!
We Found a refreshing new space today. Really nice tucker, and very friendly staff.! So many fine eateries in Cosmopolitan Melbourne, but definitely would go back to, Young Blood Diner, in Fitzroy. and Thank you to Your friendly staff from Max Laure and My self

Chef Anthony Power, co-founder of the Liverpool restaurant Pilgrim, recently returned to Melbourne to collaborate with Paolo Arlotta of Herbivorous Nights for a seven-course tasting event. Gastrology had the pleasure of attending one of the dinner sessions, where guests were taken on a culinary journey inspired by the historic pilgrimage route Camino de Santiago in Spain. The tasting event featured dishes from Rome to Santiago de Compostela in Northwest Spain, paired with wines selected by sommelier Liinaa Berry. Power, originally from Australia, has traveled the world for over 25 years, working in various restaurants before appearing on the Netflix series Million Pound Menu. His concept for Pilgrim focuses on ethically sourced, regional produce and fire-cooked flavors, earning the restaurant a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide in 2020. Paolo Arlotta, a classically trained Italian chef with experience in acclaimed restaurants such as Vue de Monde, Tipo 00, Amaru, and Nora, founded Herbivorous Nights in 2018, hosting monthly vegetarian dining events at venues like Young Bloods café in Fitzroy.
