Grand Falls Buffet - Flagstaff

Fun place to come gamble and/or stay. The hotel rooms are clean and big. Room prices are better than those found in Flagstaff proper. The Zenith Steakhouse is excellent. It’s closed Mon Tues.

I traveled from Nv to Az to visit family. Had a party of 10 we came to eat here. I have never waited for food to be replaced at a buffee for soo long!! There was other people there too waiting... half my party got food when the other half had still not been fed!!!

Buffet was horrible, for being a casino I expected there to be more choices. Nothing looked appealing. Had to get a refund.

Warning: do not eat here. It was the worth experience in a buffet yet. Very over priced, we paid $105 for little choices of food. And the waiters there were really rude. You have been warned.

My wife and I visited eager to try the prime rib special. My wife is allergic to onion so we asked them to make it without onion. They made MINE without onion and remade hers. Both of our prime rib skillets we're almost all fat and the potatoes were not fully cooked. The coffee tasted like instant coffee and the food sat in the window for eight minutes before the server even brought it over. I would avoid this buffet and the cafe next to it at all costs.
