Starbucks - Flagstaff

I enjoyed a delicious iced coffee tonight, but my visit was marred by an impolite barista. Despite my attempts to be courteous, she met me with a dismissive attitude and didn't seem to appreciate my friendliness—just shot me a visibly annoyed glance. When I asked if my lemon loaf and chocolate croissant could be warmed up, she bluntly informed me that it was too late for that. I don't usually voice my complaints, but I was truly disappointed by the way I was treated, especially since I'm a regular at Starbucks.

During my visit to this location, I ordered a drink that tasted slightly different from what I'm accustomed to. I contacted the store and spoke with an employee who informed me that the machine had been experiencing some issues recently. She was extremely helpful and even offered to replace my drink. As I'm not a local to Flagstaff, she went above and beyond by reaching out to the Show Low location to arrange a complimentary drink for me, and then called me back to confirm the details. I was truly impressed with their exceptional service! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location.

While I'm not a big fan of Starbucks, my daughter loves it. I usually go for an espresso latte and add my own sweetener. Contrary to what many people think, espresso isn't necessarily a very strong coffee, despite its high caffeine content.

While traveling, we chose to visit this restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the drinks were expertly crafted; however, we were rather disappointed with the facilities.

We weren't the only ones feeling frustrated; we were among the last customers to leave without being served. Originally, I planned to give extra tips to our waitress for handling the slow family in front of us, but after witnessing her poor customer service, I’ve changed my mind. After this experience, I'm seriously debating whether I want to return to this location on days when she is working. It was truly disappointing.
