Applebee's - Flanders

I ordered on door dash and my review is solely based off customer service I made a door dash order and had a few extra request I couldn’t make on the app and (Holly) picked up the phone and was VERY helpful made me feel so comfortable and helped me with everything I needed no issue or attitude what so ever I even had to call back twice and ask for her

Stopped in for the red, white and blue cocktail made with Tito's Vodka also had a snack of boneless wings. Enjoyed it all!

The alcoholic drinks were excellent. We ordered the 3 course dinner. This included a salad, appetizer we ordered mozzarella sticks) and a main course grilled chicken with shrimp and potatoes). The mozzarella sticks were ok, but the main course which was grilled chicken with shrimp was excellent. We enjoyed our main course. One of my kids enjoyed his burger but the other one said his chicken parmigian was ok.

Great service, food,and friendly wait staff. Definitely will go back.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars mainly because the male bartender was incredibly friendly. The food was just average, which is what I expected from an Applebee's, with everything seemingly frozen and reheated. The queso dip was served cold, but the bartender quickly made it right. Their wings were pretty good, although they were served lukewarm. Unfortunately, the celery was outdated and a bit brownish.
