On our way back from vacation, my husband and I decided to stop at the drive-thru for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, they messed up our order. When we went inside to sort it out, the woman at the counter was curt with us as we explained the issue. Instead of assisting us, she turned away and shouted at her coworkers. She never apologized or offered to refund the $6 we were due for the incorrect order. We decided against asking for the refund since they all appeared to be quite disorganized, and we didn’t want to waste any more time. We won't be coming back.
