Dunkin' - Fleetwood

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly rude, and I never even got to try the donuts. Overall, the customer service was the worst I've encountered. Rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I placed an online order for a 7 AM pickup but encountered traffic with two cars ahead of me. To avoid adding to the congestion, I decided to go inside. As a regular customer at this Dunkin' location, I was surprised when a woman working the drive-thru berated me for coming inside. The two gentlemen at the drive-thru were very friendly, but she was rude, and the woman preparing the sandwiches looked quite shocked. Overall, I've had negative experiences at this Dunkin' on First Street. That particular staff member is consistently unfriendly, and both hot coffees I ordered leaked. Not impressed! Meal type: Breakfast.

This Dunkin' Donuts location in Pennsylvania is quite impressive—definitely one of the best I've visited. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed a lovely brunch. The price per person was reasonable, falling between $10 and $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a perfect 5. Highly recommended!

I order the avocado toast w/ bacon and a med ice coffee w/cream and 2 shots of Vanilla swirl. I didn’t look at my order in try on I got to work. I open it up to find the avocado toast had no seasoning on it and the bacon wasn’t crumbled. My ice coffee wasn’t sweet. I order it the same way every time. I was a half hour away until I realized the order wasn’t what I was use to getting. Nor did I have time to drive back. Was very disappointed today with DD.
