Matt's Red Rooster Grill - Flemington

Went to Matt for my birthday dinner expects a great meal and Matt not disappointed!!! Exceptional food, nice presentation and a warm and welcoming atmosphere! Would there be more than 5 stars!!!

I would put this restaurant up there with the best.Great food and service. Wood burning stove where they grill there steaks,lobster tails , octopus and more. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go again.

I go to Matt's Red Rooster Grill once a year when my friend and I visit Flemington for our annual girls weekend. The food is always excellent. The service is, as well. Matt is always there and welcomes people. Yesterday we thoroughly enjoyed our favorite mushroom soup. We shared the grilled romaine salad as well as a veal chop and crab cakes. Because we had not yet eaten enough, (ha! we shared a bread pudding. Each and every part of our meal was well prepared and incredibly delicious. We decided that next ear we will go both Friday and Saturday night instead of just one night. We can't get enough of Matt's. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Matt better hope I never win the lottery because if I do I am taking his chef to be my own personal one! Can't say enough great things about this fabulous restaurant..the food, the service, the atmosphere and even the music is top notch! Heck I may buy the house too so I can still sit outside on the porch to dine. Love, love Matts Red Rooster

I have been here several times and this place never fails to please us. The staff is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent, and the food is perfect. Had a great night with some friends.
