As a franchise, I've always thought that chicken chef was alright. Not something you could eat everyday, for both price and health reasons, lol. The chicken wings I ordered were ok; I'd have preferred them to be cooked more. Sauces weren't great either. The server(s) were very good in the beginning, but had few returns for followup services (refills, quality checks, pre-bus, etc). The building itself was fairly new and offered draught, few tvs as well. Bathrooms were properly stocked, albeit poorly indicated.Missing stars would be for the servers ignoring us beyond 3 minutes, and a bit more love in the food, would bring this up to full stars.
