I have visited this restaurant three times, at both the Fenton and Flint locations. On one occasion, a waitress argued with me that they couldn't make an avocado kampyo roll, looking at me like I was crazy for even asking. Another time, a hibachi server said they didn't offer a vegan version of hibachi, and the owner confirmed over the phone that there were no vegan options available. My go-to sushi roll is the avocado kampyo, so it was frustrating to deal with unhelpful staff and the owner.
I have to be honest, dinner at this restaurant can be on the pricier side, but for lunch, it's a great treat. For around $12.00, you can enjoy a vegetable hibachi meal, a delicious peanut dressing salad, and tasty miso soup. The portions for the hibachi are generous, even for lunch. Make sure to specify "no egg, no meat, no dairy" when ordering, and if you want noodles with your hibachi, be sure to mention that as well. They will prepare your meal separately from the others. While they don't have a vegan option on the menu, you can order it specially.
I will not lie, the dinner here can be quite expensive, but for lunch it is a great tasty. for approx. $12.00 they get a herbal Hibachi meal, delicious peanut dress salat and delicious mistsuppe. the hibachi is huge portions even for lunch. when they order, they say -no egg -no meat -no milk. (and if yiu want to nudge with your hibachi, you have to say that) they will make their meal separate from the others. they do not have a vegan option on the menu so that they just have to order it
Cooks and food are good. Service is terrible, don't even bother calling in a Togo order, you'll get yelled and and hung up on just for simply not...
