Pizza Magic 7 - Flintshire

I waited at the counter to be served at the restaurant for 25 minutes. There were seven staff members working but no one else in the shop. I was told twice that someone would take my order in five minutes, but no one spoke to me. Instead, the staff were busy talking about holidays. This happened on a Friday around 6pm. I eventually got fed up and walked out of the shop. I ended up driving to Flint and getting a pizza for my daughter in just 10 minutes. The restaurant was awful and dirty.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and chatty. The food was made fresh to order. We requested the staff to cut the pizza into more pieces, and they were more than happy to accommodate. The restaurant was very clean.

This is the best pizza for takeout that I have ever experienced.

Ordered at 8:40pm, we were told to expect food between 60-70mins after placing order, thats not th issue, the issue is my food was at the quality check stage by 8:50, the food was sat at that stage until 9:45pm, turned up stone cold so had to put the oven to heat it up, thought the whole idea of ordering a takeaway was so a person didnt have to cook. Not the 1st time this has happened, and have left feedback on the surveys sent by email but obviously not fed back to the store. Found the later we order the better the food but cannot order at 11pm everytime we want a pizza. SORT IT OUT DOMINOS!!!!!!!

Collection lunch to mid afternoon deals are very reasonable. Never a problem always ready on time.
