Starbucks - Flintshire

Never got any food. Fridges always empty ! Only ever have cakes and biscuits. Very disappointing, come on Starbucks start placing food orders

Visited yesterday after tea, my son wanted to try a ‘Starbucks’ I didn’t want anything with caffeine for him the staff were very helpful and my son enjoyed his first visit

My husband usually orders takeout coffees for us on weekends. We have had multiple issues with this particular restaurant. The cakes are often stale. Today, he got me a Decaf Latte which was very light and had hardly any coffee in it. It was mostly foam and the little coffee that was there was very bitter. It was a waste of money. A few weeks ago, I had a coffee that tasted like dishwater from the same place. We usually visit other Starbucks branches and have no issues. The Starbucks in Ensign near Chester is great and always meets our expectations. The cakes are always fresh there. Starbucks in Oswestry is fantastic whether we dine in or take out, the coffee is always delicious. I don't understand why the Starbucks in Broughton Cinema Complex is so bad. It can be good depending on the day you visit. The service is slow and it seems like they prioritize customers dining in over those taking coffee to go. I am disappointed once again and will not be returning to this location.

This Starbucks is not the largest in terms of seating options, but it is always bustling. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for my tea to be ready. Instead of being asked what size I wanted, I was simply told "is medium okay?" I would have preferred to be given the options of small, medium, or large.

There is the usual queue for freshly made coffee but the wait is never too long. They make a lovely cappuccino here and even the decaf has a good strength -unlike a competitors which is like dishwater. There is only one toilet here so there can be a wait to use the facilities but we often get a takeaway coffee to take into the cinema so not generally an issue. The only bug bear of mine is that there are never any gluten free pre packed snacks such as brownies/muffins or similar. Are they always coincidentally out of stock or do they just not stock any here? Always looks clean and tidy, staff friendly.
