Acai Express - Florence

The açaí bowl was delicious! The service was quick and there is also an outdoor seating area available for dining.

This restaurant is located conveniently next to a gas station. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but that was about it. I ordered a custom-made bowl for $17 and I was expecting more for the price. The ratio of acai to toppings was off, with a small portion of acai filling barely half of the bowl compared to the generous amounts of fresh fruits and granola. The acai base was overly sweet and seemed like it wasn't freshly blended. While I appreciated the option for unlimited toppings, they were out of a few that I wanted.

I did not know this spot existed but I am so glad I have been introduced to this place. The young ladies working were so polite and sweet and patient with me as this was my first time here. I order a Berry Mania smoothie and it was so yummy! Next time I’m in the area ,I will stop by and try a bowl.

The acai bowls were tasty, but the granola was too sweet. The customer service was subpar, with the counter staff being rude to children. Despite clear orders, our order was incomplete and not taken properly. We decided to leave the restaurant. In terms of kid-friendliness, a child received a rude response when inquiring about gift cards instead of a simple explanation.

Hmmm looks like my juice may have been mixed with a little water lol, also the Acai bowl had no flavor.
