Btj Wings - Florence

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the Philly Cheesesteak along with a combo of five wings. The prices were fair, and I was pleased to find that my meal included a generous serving of spicy fries and a 16-ounce drink. Both the cheesesteak and the wings were tasty. However, I couldn’t give it a full five-star rating because you can only place orders by going inside the restaurant. This seems like a poor business decision, especially in today's climate. To attract customers, it’s essential to make ordering as easy as possible. No call-in orders? No online ordering? And despite having a drive-thru, they’re not utilizing it? That’s just baffling! It feels like the owner may be a micromanager who wants to handle everything personally, which could hurt the business. It would be wise to relax a bit and have more trust in the staff.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend who had heard great things about their food. I ordered a plate that included wings, fried shrimp, and fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The wings had a perfectly crispy skin and were juicy on the inside, with amazing sauce. They are, without a doubt, the best wings I've had so far. I highly recommend this spot if you're in search of fantastic wings, quick service, and great food. I'll definitely be returning!

I had the Honey Garlic Pepper Wings and Shrimp Fried Rice, along with the Hot Teriyaki Wings and Fries. Everything was fantastic! I definitely plan to try this place again!

This restaurant is so delicious! Now, it is quite warm inside but it's worth the wait for their food! The employees are also great, they make sure you want what comes on the sandwich and double checks if you want something if you mention the topping instead of assuming what you want or don't want. Will definitely be eating here more often!

Went to BTJ's after Church, thinking I was going to get some good wings and guess what I found soaking in my Hot Honey sauce from the chicken? Guess? A ROACH!!!!! Yes!! I felt sick ????. I will never eat there anymore. I'm DONE!!!!
