A friend of mine just went in to order some food for me and a group of friends. They have some anxiety issues so they decided to order from the Kiosk to avoid having an episode after a tough day. Quickly after they ordered, several employees began loudly complaining about it being too large and when they finally got it one of the employees practically threw the food at them and ignored their attempts to apologize for the the inconvenience and thank them for the service. Said friend was so upset that they ended up spilling some of our food on the way to the car and almost breaking down on the ride back.
Never been to a Chick-Fil-A with worse customer service or worse wait times. Such a busy location should absolutely not be offering mobile orders, as they can barely keep up with the in-store orders they get. There have been multiple instances where I have waited nearly an hour for a simple, one-combo order. How is that acceptable for a location that is literally on a college campus? Some of us actually need to get to class on time, and that prevents us from going to this location as much/as often as we might like to. Which, of course, loses money for the company. Additionally, several of my friends have complained of being sick after being served undercooked food by this location. Upper management needs to deal with the myriad of issues that plague this place.
This place is too small to do mobile orders. Also, when you complete an order you should call out the orderer’s name. The new self-checkout takes 3x long than having a cashier. Waited 20 minutes for my order which was wrong. Finally, the tall, white, blonde male working in the back looks like he just got off a 3-day bender. 1/5
Always fresh, not a long wait in the drive thru, unlike at other places! ?
