Mcdonald's - Florence

Not a fountain, no strawberry milk shakes. they had a very long line that tells me that you will get a lot of customers. preparation for such a large amount should be a priority one

Very good service. Drive-thru was very fast. employees were very nice.

I ordered 2 quarter pounders with bacon and a small fries, but only one had bacon. The fries were still pale in color. I don't expect much when I eat at McDonald's, but I was disappointed this time. I probably won't be going back.

Stopped by there today on my way home I was the only one in line I ordered a Big Mac pulled around to pay for it the pulled up to the window to get the burger sat there for about 3 minutes finally someone opened the window asked are you the one waiting on a Big Mac I answered yes then I was told to pull up they were going to bring it to me I pulled up waiting watching all the cars come go with their food not one had to wait after 17 minutes I didn’t want it I went in got my money back! Not one person in this establishment offered an apology or anything instead I got eyes rolled attitude. Very low quality all away around!
